We are expanding our team in Kirkland, WA, and seeking a Licensed Esthetician who shares our commitment to excellence, client education, and elevated guest experiences. We want you to helps us make an Extraordinary experience every time for each Customer.

Position Overview

As a Licensed Esthetician, you’ll provide a range of facial and skincare treatments in a professional, luxury spa environment. You will work collaboratively with our medical and aesthetic team to customize treatment plans, educate clients on skincare routines, and ensure every guest leaves feeling renewed and confident.

Key Responsibilities
    • Perform professional facials, extractions, exfoliation, and other skincare treatments tailored to client needs.

    • Recommend appropriate homecare regimens and skincare products to achieve optimal results.

    • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment per Washington State regulations.

    • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up care.

    • Stay current on skincare trends, new techniques, and emerging product lines.

    • Collaborate with Medical Aestheticians, RNs, and the Clinical Director on treatment protocols and client plans.

    • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and client care.

    • Have strong Sales skills with proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

    • Current Washington State Esthetician License in good standing (Master Esthetician license a plus).

    • Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a spa, salon, or medical spa environment.

    • Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, skin types, and product ingredients.

    • Excellent communication and client service skills.

    • Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and continued professional growth.

    • Team-oriented, punctual, and maintains a professional presentation.

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

    • Experience with HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, LED therapy, or dermaplaning.

    • Familiarity with medical-grade skincare lines and advanced treatment protocols.

    • Knowledge of post-procedure skincare and Medi Spa operations.
