Job Brief

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facial Injection Specialist to join our dynamic team at Templum Aesthetics and Wellness. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aesthetics, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. As a Facial Injection Specialist, you will be crucial in providing facial injectable enhancement services to our clients.

Responsibilities

  1. Consult clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend appropriate facial injection treatments.
  2. Administer various facial injections, including but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, and other advanced cosmetic procedures.
  3. Stay current on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in facial aesthetics to ensure the highest quality of service.
  4. Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, potential side effects, and expected outcomes.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up appointments.
  6. Collaborate with other team members, including medical professionals and aestheticians, to provide comprehensive care.
  7. Uphold the highest safety and hygiene standards under industry regulations and best practices.
  8. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay abreast of industry advancements.

Requirements

  1. Licensed Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Medical Doctor with experience in facial aesthetics.
  2. Proven experience in administering facial injections, including Botox and dermal fillers.
  3. Strong understanding of facial anatomy and a keen aesthetic sense.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  5. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  7. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
