How Does It Work?

During treatment, the VI Peel solution is carefully applied to your skin, where it penetrates the epidermis and upper dermis.

The active ingredients work to:

  • Break down damaged surface cells and trigger controlled exfoliation
  • Stimulate fibroblast activity to increase collagen and elastin production
  • Inhibit melanin production to reduce hyperpigmentation and even skin tone
  • Unclog pores and reduce oil production to prevent acne breakouts
  • Neutralize free radicals with antioxidants to protect against environmental damage

Over the following 5-7 days, your skin will undergo a peeling process as damaged outer layers shed away, revealing fresh, healthy skin underneath. The VI Peel’s unique formulation includes a built-in numbing agent, making the treatment comfortable with minimal discomfort during and after application.

When Will I See Results From VI Peel?

VI Peel results follow a predictable timeline that unfolds over several weeks:

Day 0-1 (Treatment Day): Your skin may appear slightly red or tan immediately after treatment. Some patients experience a mild tingling or tight sensation that subsides within hours.

Day 2-3: Skin begins to feel tight and may appear darker or slightly bronzed. Peeling typically has not yet started. Your skin is undergoing internal changes as the peel works beneath the surface.

Day 3-4: Peeling begins, usually starting around the mouth and spreading outward. You’ll notice skin beginning to flake and lift away. This is the most dramatic phase but can be managed with proper aftercare.

Day 5-7: Active peeling continues and then completes. Most peeling is finished by day 7, revealing fresh, glowing skin underneath.

Week 2-4: Your new skin continues to refine, brighten, and improve. Texture becomes smoother, tone more even, and radiance more pronounced.

Month 1-3: Results continue to improve as collagen production increases and cellular turnover normalizes. Maximum results are typically visible 1-2 months post-treatment.

For optimal results, we recommend a series of 3-4 VI Peels spaced 4-6 weeks apart. Each subsequent treatment builds upon the previous one, delivering cumulative and increasingly dramatic results.

Is VI Peel Safe? Are There Any Side Effects?
